Head of Fleet Management and Planning

The role of the Head of Fleet Management and Planning is to oversee financial control and risk management for fleet-related topics. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper financial control and identifying performance improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieving accurate reporting of month-end actuals and forecasts
  • Supporting procurement in OEM negotiations to secure cost-effective contracts
  • Assisting with external bank and company audits
  • Optimising Connected Vehicle opportunities to maximise fleet cost benefits

About the Role

This is a key position within our organisation, requiring a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in fleet management or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and financial reporting is also required. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and integrity, is necessary.
