Job Opportunity: Cloud Platform Demonstrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining demonstrations and lab content to showcase Data Center/AI technologies on the Cloud Platform.

  • Design and build demos and lab content for various stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and develop demo topologies and use cases
  • Create demo content using proprietary tools, virtual machines, appliances, simulators, and hardware
  • Verify demos are optimized by reviewing performance using VMware vCenter
  • Maintain Cisco Data Center and AI products, ensuring they meet the required standards
  • Automation using tools such as Python, Terraform, PowerShell, and REST API
  • Platform Design and Documentation: Properly document and plan all projects prior to entering project build phase
  • Support: Provide technical support to level 1 & 2 support engineers, Program Managers, and others ensuring that demonstrations are in working order
  • Lead training labs and presentations to internal and end customers showcasing the Data Center and/or AI technologies

Key skills required include experience with Cloud Platforms, Data Center and AI technologies, automation, and strong problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of platform design and documentation principles and be able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
