The Graduate Property Development Coordinator supports the Development Team in delivering new housing opportunities. They provide administration support and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for the delivery of new housing stock.
This role requires a relevant third-level qualification in spatial planning, real estate or a related discipline. The candidate must have a full clean driving license and own vehicle. Proficiency in MS Office is also necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and responding to new business opportunities, negotiating and ensuring they are commercially viable.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders to expand the association's reach via new business opportunities.
- Analysing housing needs in partnership with local authorities and preparing project appraisals.
- Assisting the Development Team in submitting funding applications to local authorities and the Department of Housing, Planning & Local Government (DHPLG).
- Arranging site visits and liaising with external and internal stakeholders for information.
- Assisting the Development Manager and Director in preparing tender submissions for new business.
