Global Employment Tax Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage employment tax services, ensuring compliance with client obligations and adherence to Irish tax legislation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an employment tax or global mobility role, with AITI qualification/Certified Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification or equivalent.
You will be responsible for conducting tax technical research, providing advice on Irish tax legislation, and planning and executing tax consultancy assignments for employment tax and global mobility.
Additionally, you will lead PAYE tax due diligence projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver findings. You will also handle revenue disclosures, review supporting calculations, and communicate with relevant parties.
Key responsibilities include managing globally mobile employees, preparing tax technical memorandums, and advising clients on assignee reliefs. You will also develop and maintain client relationships, contribute to business development, and participate in consultancy projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an employment tax or global mobility role
- AITI qualification/Certified Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification or equivalent
- Experience managing PAYE Revenue audits and compliance checks
- Knowledge of global mobility and employment tax legislation
