About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at the OASIS Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to management and employees, including handling office duties, maintaining databases, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management and employees, handling office duties such as answering phones, organizing files, drafting letters, and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain databases, audits, and prepare reports as required.
  • Be responsible for payroll while maintaining management systems.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in an Administration role is essential.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with the ability to adapt to changing computer technology.
  • Experience of working in a care-delivery capacity and awareness of HIQA are desirable but not essential.
  • Driving license and willingness to drive for work.
  • Desire for personal and professional development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.
  • Good Standard of verbal and written English.
  • Computer literate (experience with online care management systems an advantage).
  • Personal integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Willingness to embrace change and commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning throughout the service.
