Job Title: Grocery Account Manager

Europe's leading Healthcare provider, a renowned pharmaceutical distribution firm, established in the late 1940s. They operate across multiple locations and partner with numerous pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and primary care centres nationwide.

They excel in several business units and offer an innovative, inclusive work environment with opportunities for growth and a focus on employee well-being.

Due to expansion and success, they are looking to recruit a Grocery Account Manager to deal with key accounts at Head Office level.

About Your New Job:

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key grocery partners, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Dealing with existing business and some new business too, you will create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets and grow market share within assigned accounts.

You will analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Responsibilities include pricing and negotiation, reporting, and managing the field sales team to ensure all commercial and brand targets are achieved.

Required Skills:

  • Sales experience within the Food industry is essential
  • Dealing with Retail Accounts at Head Office level is essential
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Understanding of the FMCG Sector and Grocery Retail
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Experience in managing a field sales team
