We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Coordinator to lead our inventory operations in County Cavan, Ireland.

Job Description:

This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels of fast-moving items and providing timely and accurate quotes to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to day-to-day customer inquiries.
  • Source high-quality parts from local suppliers and negotiate the best possible prices.
  • Collect and deliver parts as required, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Manage customer orders from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain effective management reports to inform business decisions.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of MRO and engineering consumables.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Methodical and organized approach with strong management system knowledge.
  • Current driving license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and IT literate.
