Sr. Manager, Digital Program Strategy

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital transformation program from inception to commercial readiness.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in program management, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital transformation strategies across the organization.
  2. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation.
  3. Lead project planning, execution, and risk assessment to ensure successful program outcomes.
  4. Partner with global partners to drive continuous process improvement.
  5. Define and implement key performance metrics to measure program success.

Requirements:

  • 13+ years of industry experience in digital transformation and manufacturing.
  • 5-8 years of people management experience.
  • Program Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and technical skills with ability to convey complex information effectively.
  • Technical knowledge of FDA/ISO regulations and GMP standards.
