Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as a Calibration Technician.

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of equipment by performing calibration tasks, maintaining accurate records, and managing calibration standards.

  • Maintain precise calibration records, including data, equipment history, and maintenance logs.
  • Conduct calibration and repair of electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic test and measurement equipment according to established procedures and standards.
  • Manage calibration standards and reference equipment.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical certification in electronics, instrumentation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Calibration Technician in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of calibration principles, techniques, and standards.
  • Proficiency in using calibration software and equipment.

Work Environment:

  • Duties are performed in a manufacturing setting with occasional exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, and temperature extremes.
