Job Role

As a part-time administrator, you will support the daily operations of our licensed estate agent. Your primary focus will be on organizing and maintaining filing systems, as well as providing general administrative support to ensure seamless office operations. You will prepare and manage essential documents, including Letters of Engagement, tenancy agreements, and client correspondence, ensuring all documents and databases are up-to-date.

Requirements for Success

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. You will also need strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office. As an administrator, you will be a dedicated individual with experience in the property industry.
