Branch Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to join our team.

About the Role
  • Manage all aspects of the sales office, promoting a one-stop shop for retail and commercial insurance.
  • Drive branch profitability and sustainability through local market growth and community presence.
  • Promote simplification and self-service, customer-first convenience with a 'human touch' approach.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of effective networking and excellent understanding of products and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage staff performance through coaching, development, and support.
  2. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and governance procedures.
  3. Participate in cross-functional departmental projects as required.
Requirements
  • MCC Qualified in Personal and Commercial General Insurance (Essential)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar or financial services role with proven ability to manage a team (Essential)
  • Full clean driving license (Essential)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites - Word, Excel & Outlook (Essential)
