Job Title: Product Excellence Leader

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Excellence Leader to drive business growth through exceptional product placement and customer experience. As a key member of the team, you will lead visual merchandising initiatives, deliver strong visual standards, and foster a culture of excellence within the store.

About the Role:

  • Drive Visual Merchandising Initiatives: Develop and implement visually appealing displays that showcase products in an attractive and compelling way.
  • Lead Customer Experience Teams: Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Develop Store Operations: Support the management of store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual display maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
  • Visual Merchandising Expertise: Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques, with the ability to create engaging displays.
  • Inventory Management: Ability to manage inventory levels, track sales trends, and make informed decisions about stock replenishment.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns.
