Key Requirements:
- Ability to accurately assess vehicle damage using Audatex or similar estimating software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work effectively with insurance providers, customers, and workshop teams.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting performance targets.
