Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Social Care Workers and Assistant Support Workers. The successful applicants will provide care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks, education, skills development, and achieving personal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with their daily plans and goals
  • Assist individuals in the community with everyday tasks
  • Help individuals develop and achieve personal outcomes through education and skills development
  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or a related discipline. Relevant life experience is desirable but not essential. A good attitude to work and passion for supporting people are essential.
