Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Practice Manager to lead our dental practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to practice colleagues, ensuring patient-centered care and driving practice growth.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to practice colleagues, ensuring effective day-to-day financial management and logistics of the practice. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing business strategies to drive practice growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience in dental management or lead dental nursing
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate teams and achieve results
- Knowledge of HR processes and compliance
