A high-end private dental practice seeks an experienced leader to manage a team of specialist and general dentists, dental hygienists, dental nurses, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of a modern, well-established dental practice
  • Ensure efficient use of dental software
  • Develop and maintain a positive team culture
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care
  • Manage finances effectively
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations and manage Human Resources
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and a personable attitude
  • Previous management experience and business acumen
  • Knowledge of Human Resources and Health & Safety
  • Dental Nursing experience required

Work Environment:

8 hour shift, part-time or permanent schedule
