SAP Financial Solutions Lead

Our organization is seeking a seasoned SAP Financial Solutions Lead to oversee the design, implementation and optimization of financial processes across our global finance landscape.

This role is part of a major digital transformation program where your expertise will shape the future of our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of S/4HANA financial solutions, aligning system capabilities with evolving business requirements.
  • Act as the subject matter expert across key finance areas including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Controlling, and Group Reporting.
  • Collaborate with global process owners, IT, and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow across finance and related functions.
  • Oversee solution governance, configuration, testing, and deployment in accordance with S/4HANA best practices.
  • Drive change management, training, and hypercare activities to ensure successful user adoption post go-live.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as an SAP R2R Lead with proven delivery of at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
  • Deep functional knowledge of S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal, Central Finance, and Group Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and how to translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced transformation environment.
  • A strategic thinker with hands-on configuration expertise and a results-driven mindset.
