Our team of tax professionals provides expert advice to businesses on meeting their tax obligations in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the chance to work as part of a high-performing team, utilizing the latest tax technology solutions and delivering client-focused services.

We are seeking applications from suitable candidates to manage client portfolios and work on larger clients/projects, providing day-to-day delivery of client solutions and ongoing management of client expectations, including managing successful delivery of tax projects, building a network within the firm to optimize cross-selling opportunities and leverage the latest technologies available, dealing with Revenue enquiries, practice management including billing, budgeting and monitoring WIP, contributing to winning new work by proactively managing existing client portfolios, identifying further opportunities and contributing to winning new clients.

As a key member of the team, you will have strong technical skills and ambition to develop further, ability to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review and know when to refer upwards, be commercially aware, build strong client relationships and professional networks, communicate effectively in a range of situations, both written and oral, manage client expectations and deliver efficient and successful delivery of tax services, possess project management skills, ability to plan and prioritize work, and meet deadlines, integrate into the team and build effective relationships at all levels, be outgoing with good relationship skills and deliver quality output.

Ideally, you should have AITI qualified/part-qualified with 1-2 years' relevant Corporate Tax experience, effective working knowledge of Corporation Tax in Ireland or internationally, accounting qualification desirable but not obligatory, some practice background in Assurance or Tax favourable, commercial awareness and ability to develop business opportunities in order to generate growth within the firm, excellent communicator with aptitude to build and manage key client relationships and internal network.
