Senior Software Architect Role

This position involves designing and developing complex software systems, collaborating with domain experts to shape technical direction, and owning aspects of infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in backend technologies, experience with distributed systems, and a proven track record of innovation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide strategic guidance on technical architecture and decision-making.
  • System Design and Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable software systems that meet business requirements.
  • Collaboration and Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to drive technical solutions and mentor junior engineers.
  • Infrastructure Management: Own and manage infrastructure components, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Backend Technologies: Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C++, along with frameworks like Spring, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Distributed Systems Experience: Proven experience with designing, developing, and deploying large-scale distributed systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
