We are seeking an Account Growth Manager to join our team in Ireland. This individual will be responsible for managing key government sectors, leading and managing their team to maximize customer success and data maturity.
- Deliver against strategic targets with dedication to meeting deadlines and driving predictable revenue growth.
- Manage business portfolios, shape sector strategies, plan long-term account engagement, drive complex account mapping, and manage sales opportunities and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for maximum efficiency and scale.
- Leverage industry-leading sales engineering resources.
- Combine Splunk sales methodology with professional sales acumen.
- Solve customer challenges and guide them through their data journey.
- Maintain a two-way flow of relevant information.
- Work within a high-performance team to deliver beyond expectations and optimize resource utilization.
This role requires:
- Demonstrable track record in building successful sales results within the Irish public sector.
- Unquestionable credibility in the Government sector.
- Experience in Account Management and ability to lead customers through complex challenges.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong executive presence and comfort with C-Level engagement.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while collaborating with other team members and colleagues.
