Job Title: Acquisition Support Specialist

The acquisition support specialist will play a vital role in driving business growth and supporting day-to-day operations. This high-impact position requires a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Process procurement quotes, raise requisitions, verify order status, and communicate request statuses while collaborating with internal and external teams.

  • Develop relationships with external vendors and drive strategic efforts.

Requirements:

  • College certification level and 2 years' experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and/or Google Suite, including Excel.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Basic mathematical knowledge.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Self-driven individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic team-oriented work environment.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
