Land Acquisition Specialist You MUST have Irish experience for this role. About the Company We are working with a large Irish company who are looking to recruit a Land Acquisition Specialist to expand their offering across Ireland in the area of Renewable Energy. They work across environment, civil/structural, planning, transportations and infrastructure and their focus on renewable energy projects has led to the need to a specialist who understands 3rd party land acquisition. About the Position You will manage large scale land acquisition programs and ensure all contracts a negotiated correct, with the best intension's' of both parties. Experience/Requirements Within this role you are will: Manage and implement landowner negotiation strategies for large-scale development Ensure that all land agreements and land rights are obtained for projects throughout the development and construction. Represent the company in leading the negotiating of viable and cost-effective land deals Establishing and maintaining good relationships with landowners, tenant farmers, land managers Liaise with in-house and external lawyers, project managers and external project consultants and joint venture partners as required. Manage the financial aspects of projects Stakeholder, landowner and regulatory body management For this role you are required to have: 6years experience in land acquisition in Ireland A related qualification Proven track record of successfully negotiating and concluding agreements with landowners Familiarity with Irish Property Law Excellent negotiating, influencing, presentation and communication skills. Strong Project Management experience Experience in engineering and construction Consulting experience Preferably Chartered status A full drivers license Remuneration Package The client offers an excellent package along with benefits.
