Land Acquisition Specialist

This position will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with landowners impacted by transportation projects in Ireland.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all landowner queries, providing timely and accurate information to address concerns and facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Establish and foster robust relationships with residential and commercial landowners.
- Oversee all landowner liaison activities, ensuring that all interactions and communications are aligned with the project's objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate and conclude property-based agreements, leveraging expertise in land acquisition processes and compulsory purchase law.
- Act as the principal point of contact for landowners.
- Ensure consistent messaging is delivered to affected landowners.
- Manage landowner liaison activities, including communication and negotiation.
- Lead internal assurance of consents applications.
- At least 7 years' experience in stakeholder and communications management.
- 5+ years' experience conducting landowner liaison activities.
- Strong understanding of the Irish property market and compulsory purchase law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical requirements and teams within a construction environment.
