Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced project director to oversee the delivery of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing robust quality systems and ensuring timely and budget-friendly outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly outcomes.
  • Implement robust quality systems and ensure they are suitably managed in line with service excellence standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to manage tasks and associated deliverables.
  • Manage end-to-end land acquisition processes, including consenting phase activities, delivery phase activities, and alternative sources of funding and financing activities.
  • Liaise with landowners' land agents, legal representatives, planning authorities, key stakeholders, and contractors.
  • Settle CPO compensation claims to achieve land transfer of relevant property interests.
  • Assist clients in identifying and implementing alternative sources of funding and financing, including development levies, airport fare studies, airport contribution, land value capture.
  • Develop processes and procedures for projects in preparation for the award and exercise of enforceable railway order powers.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with client partners providing data management teams with weekly updates populated by case managers directly into digitalised land and property data management systems, and other financial management systems once deployed.
  • Manage project budgets and highlight any risks, challenges, and mitigations.

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years' experience in the Irish property market.
  • Recognised degree in property economics/surveying and chartered surveyor.
