Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Land and Property Specialist to join our Engineering and Environmental team in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have a range of experience within landowner liaison and property acquisition, ideally from within the construction and engineering industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic land and property specialist to further their career in a highly motivated environment.
Missions/Main Duties- Act as point of contact for all landowner queries
- Ensure consistent messaging to all affected landowners surrounding the impact of upcoming developments
- Assist the Stakeholder Relations Manager with tasks relating to affected landowners
- Communicate with both external and internal stakeholders regarding landowner queries
- Deal with a range of stakeholders at all levels across the organization
- Manage high-performing staff / teams including carrying out performance management
- Carry out specialized property valuations and appraisals
Experience in stakeholder and communications management is essential. Knowledge of land and property acquisition processes, the Irish property market and compulsory purchase law is desirable.
A strong understanding of statutory planning system, quality management and process improvement practices is also required.
