Senior Land and Property Specialist

As a Senior Land and Property Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with landowners to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts. You will work closely with project teams to identify potential issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in landowner liaison and property acquisition, with experience in stakeholder management and communications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing landowner queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Developing and implementing effective stakeholder engagement strategies
- Collaborating with project teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Providing guidance and support to junior team members
