Cancer Service Integration Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cancer Service Integration Manager to join our team at the Irish Cancer Society. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the integration of our cancer services across hospital and community settings.
- You will work closely with cancer directorates in hospitals to ensure our services are fully integrated into patient pathways.
- You will develop and implement innovative models for the delivery of or referral to our services, aligning with our strategy and the National Cancer Strategy.
As a leader, you will positively influence staff to meet their goals and maintain a high-performing team. You will identify training and educational needs of staff and develop systems to ensure skills and competencies are developed and nurtured.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership and management skills, experience in developing or enhancing patient pathways, and knowledge of cancer care developments and resources.
- A people person: you are able to engage with staff, volunteers, clinicians, CEOs, and understand what makes people tick.
- Flexible: This role requires a lot of travel, and you will need access to your own car.
- Technologically savvy: you're comfortable using digital and technology tools for the management and delivery of programmes.
