Job Description

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about developing a career in motor sales. As a Sales Apprentice, you will embark on a 12-month training and development programme that includes comprehensive training and skills acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in our training programme to learn essential skills for a successful career in motor sales, including database management, customer service, and marketing.
  • Develop your sales skills through mentoring, observing senior sales executives, classroom, brand, and product training.
  • Work closely with your Sales Manager to develop and maintain customer relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately record all customer contact details using our systems and conduct appraisals of vehicles presented in part-exchange.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service/hospitality environment is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent organisational and negotiation skills, with a warm and friendly personality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A full clean driving licence and a disciplined approach to following processes from start to finish.
