Key Responsibilities of a Transfer Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the transfer process for allocated systems, ensuring seamless handovers and minimal downtime.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Familiarizing themselves with the scope, content, and boundaries of allocated systems;">
  • Understanding the transfer and handover process, including walk downs, punch list management, test pack tracking, and dossier preparation and compilation;">
  • Preparing dossiers for allocated systems, ensuring master drawings and documents are available;">
  • Ensuring all scope is allocated to contractors and vendors, with no gaps or overlaps;">
  • Liaising with the transfer manager and construction planner to review, update, and communicate the status of allocated systems;">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • ">
  • A degree in a relevant field or significant trade experience;">
  • Previous experience in construction and/or transfer supervision is essential;">
  • Experience on life science or mission-critical projects is desirable;">
  • Previous experience with PM Group is also desirable;">
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team;">
