
Senior Sales Strategist

Job Overview
This is a unique opportunity to drive pipeline growth in the region as a key business partner for a senior sales leader.
As a strategic thought leader, you will play a crucial role in scaling a high-performing sales strategy & ops team. You will work closely with sales development leadership to set sales strategy and medium/long term goals for the sales development EMEA business, and lead the execution of many initiatives, supporting them with ad hoc reporting and analysis along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive pipeline growth through effective business partnership with sales leaders
- Use CRM tools to drive technical analysis of pipeline, sales and activity performance to determine insights that drive decisions.
- Analyze business drivers, trends and operating metrics to drive actionable insights.
- Collects and analyzes applicable data and other information, considering additional factors as appropriate, before making recommendations and/or decisions.
- Develop and maintain standardized operational reports and dashboards to monitor overall region health and other key objectives.
- Determine how to structure and approach decisions of moderate complexity.
- Work closely with the members of the sales development team to ensure we are capturing and surfacing the best data and information to make optimal business decisions.
- Establish KPIs and measure / monitor performance for the sales development team.
- Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales development team, providing prompt and efficient resolution to a range of issues.
- Prepare presentations and communicate findings from initiatives to management and broader organization.
