Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and support division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective communication, issue resolution, and sales growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
  • Process customer requests and orders efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for sales growth and upselling.
  • Analyse sales data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to align on sales strategies and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP.
  • A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas and initiatives.
