Our Data Centre Team is seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team in the role of Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centre by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of data centre equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment
- Provide expert-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues resolved
- PC literate with extensive experience in IT hardware and software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
- Able to work under pressure with multiple priorities
- Keen interest in technology and desire to continuously learn and improve
- Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills
