Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will provide technical support expertise in complex information infrastructure environments, integrating company products and systems with other computer systems operated by customers. They will apply their knowledge of major operating system software, such as UNIX, NT, HPUX, SUN Solaris or AIX, to analyze and resolve customer issues.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of CPU, memory, busses, I/O, device drivers, buffering, job scheduling, and virtual memory, file systems and file system structure.

In addition to technical skills, this position also requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, while maintaining a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
