Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and calibration of analytical instrumentation products.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of complex laboratory equipment, including Shimadzu and BioTek instruments.

About the Role
  • The position involves working as part of a technical support team to provide excellent customer service and ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning and repair of equipment, as well as providing training and support to customers.
Key Qualifications
  • A recognized qualification in electrical, instrumentation or mechanical engineering is essential.
  • Prior experience in a similar technical role is also required, preferably with a focus on analytical instrumentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
