Job Summary:

  • Our organization is seeking a seasoned customer support specialist to provide technical solutions and exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support by troubleshooting and resolving customer issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve product issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Author detailed knowledge base articles and technical notes to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure timely and accurate case management, meeting individual SLAs and CS goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven technical expertise with software environment; experience with diagnosing and resolving complex problems.
  • Excellent organizational skills; able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and execute results-driven initiatives.
  • Native-level English proficiency; willingness to work 12pm-8pm GMT/BST.
  • Relevant technical diploma, degree, or relevant work experience; strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.

Desirable Skills:

  • Fluency in Spanish highly desirable; demonstrated experience supporting enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment; adaptable and flexible with changing priorities.
