Job Title: Accounts Assistant

This role is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment as an Accounts Assistant. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar position, strong knowledge of banking, invoicing, and taxation, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage company banking transactions
  • Prepare and submit tax returns
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records
  • Reconcile financial statements and identify discrepancies
  • Assist with accounts receivable and billing
  • Manage meeting notes and schedules
  • Perform general office administration duties

Key Requirements:

">
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of office management and diary organization
  • Strong skills in banking, invoicing, and taxation
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively
  • Other EU language an asset but not required
  • Experience working with ERP systems and Excel an advantage
