Job Title: Civil Quantity Surveyor

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quantity Surveyor to lead our civils projects in Dunshaughlin, Co Meath.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Management of multiple projects
  • Project procurement including issuing tender queries, preparation of tender reports and appointments in line with the construction program to ensure timely project delivery within budget
  • Preparing monthly project payment applications and cost reports for senior management review
  • Monitoring of project costs and collaborating with the Design Team to agree on variations
  • Reporting quarterly to senior management on the financial performance of individual projects

Requirements:

  • Degree level in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
  • 5 years quantity surveying experience with construction contractors
