Quantity Surveyor - Construction Main Contractor - Meath

Office/Project Location: Meath

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Location: Hybrid option with a mix of site and office visits

Pay: €60K-€75K

Experience: 4+years

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary building contractor with 30+ years experience in the construction industry in Ireland.

An excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor and gain project experience up to €15M in the Commercial, Health Care, Residential, Industrial Sectors.

Cost Management of one or more projects - €5M up to €15M

Project procurement including issuing tender queries, preparation of tender reports and appointments in line with construction program to ensure delivery of project on time and on budget

Preparing monthly project payment applications and cost reports

Monitoring of project costs and agreeing variations with Design Team

Reporting monthly to senior management on the financial performance of individual projects

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying.

At least 5 years' experience working with a main contractor on residential developments

Experience in MS suite including Excel and Buildsoft beneficial

Package

Salary €60K-€75K Negotiable depending on experience, a competitive package for the right candidate.

Hybrid role option available with a mix of site and office visits
