About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Incident Manager to join our team at CPL. As a Senior Incident Manager, you will be responsible for guiding all problems through the incident management process, ensuring that our consumer brands operate smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and incident management of our consumer brands.
  • Problem intake, triage, investigation, internal stakeholder communication, resolver escalation, resolution validation, and problem management.
  • Daily technical operations, software deployments, system alarm management, operational record keeping, and documentation maintenance.

Requirements:
  • A degree or experience in applications/software management and monitoring.
  • Four years of experience working in a 24x7x365 multi-shift environment where the main focus is monitoring and incident management.
  • Practical hands-on experience with trouble ticket systems, network monitoring tools, and familiarity with incident management processes.
