Procurement Manager Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement and delivery of multiple construction projects in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor project requirements, specifications, and workloads.
  • Collaborate with the design team to plan works for new projects and create project roadmaps.
  • Manage projects through all aspects of procurement, including tender submission and handover.
  • Report to and support the Director.
  • Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and suppliers, and coordinate weekly progress meetings and action plans.
Requirements
  • Degree in Procurement or related field (Third level qualification).
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Procurement Manager/Senior Project Coordinator with a main contractor in Ireland.
  • Proven experience of overseeing high-value projects from concept through to completion.
  • Ability to effectively manage project programmes and associated schedules to required deadlines.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and suppliers at a time.
