Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to contribute to our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on procurement, managing the bid pipeline and supporting the bid team with technical and business content development.
- Develop and execute an effective bid approach, collaborating with the Head of Service to produce compelling bid material.
- Discuss and agree upon bid approaches and responses, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Manage standalone bids from start to finish, requiring exceptional organizational skills.
- Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure company details are up to date and accurate.
- Design and create visual content in line with Sisk brand guidelines.
- Coordinate meetings and manage departmental contract and project filing systems.
- Assist with commercial tasks, including drafting payment applications and project variations.
- Co-ordinate team communications and facilitate collaboration among team members.
- Utilize experience of technical and business writing within a professional bid environment to develop high-quality content.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the success of our bid operations. Your exceptional skills in procurement, combined with your expertise in technical and business writing, will enable you to make a significant impact on our team's performance.
