We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration/Catering Equipment Technician to provide ongoing support to our Service Manager. The role involves servicing and maintaining all catering equipment for the southern region, including refrigeration units, ice cream machines, fryers, grills, pizza ovens, and more.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in catering equipment maintenance and repair, with a good working knowledge of refrigeration systems and components. They will be responsible for troubleshooting and problem-solving, performing routine and preventive maintenance, and inspecting equipment to detect wear and damage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and repairing Catering & Refrigeration equipment
- Maintaining, operating, and repairing relevant equipment
- Performing routine and preventive maintenance on all Catering equipment
- Inspecting equipment to detect wear and damage and performing minor repairs, adjustments, and maintenance tasks
- Maintaining inventories of equipment and storing and retrieving items as necessary
A full clean driving license is required, as well as flexibility to work on various catering equipment and adhere to company standards and procedures.
