Healthcare Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to fill the role of Healthcare Assistant in our community-based setting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and assistance to clients as per their Care Plan, including personal care, toileting, meal preparation, moving & transferring, and supervising medication.
  • Regularly report to your Line Manager on any significant changes in a client's physical, behavioural, or social condition.
  • Carry out a range of Personal and Practical Care Duties with professionalism and empathy.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated and results-focused, and have a caring and compassionate nature with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services to elderly clients.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

Certified Care Assistant qualification, experience working with elderly individuals, and knowledge of Personal and Practical Care Duties.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a patient and empathetic approach when dealing with clients and colleagues.
