Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Professional to join our team.

  • About the Role:
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with client policies and statutory provisions.
  • Advise and instruct staff on various safety-related topics, including noise levels and use of machinery.
  • Assist in drafting and communicating Method Statements and reviewing existing policies and measures.
  • Inspect premises and work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity.
  • Perform incident reporting and near misses, and implement changes to prevent reoccurrences.
  • Review subcontractors' Safety Statements and Safety Compliance.
  • Deliver Health and Safety induction programmes and Toolbox Talks.

About You:

  • You will need a recognised qualification in Health and Safety.
  • A minimum 5 years' experience in an on-site HSO position is preferred.
  • Residential construction experience is preferred.
  • You should have Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications.
  • You must have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • You should be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
