Senior Site Manager: Concrete Structures

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our concrete structures projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RC frame structures, with experience in managing programme, quality, safety, and productivity on busy live sites. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising day-to-day site works, focusing on reinforced concrete frame packages (foundations, vertical and horizontal elements, slabs, cores).
  • Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and direct labour to meet programme and quality standards.
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance on site, adhering to company and statutory requirements.
  • Monitoring progress, productivity, and sequencing of works, reporting to the Project Manager.
  • Liaising with design teams, engineers, and client representatives to resolve technical and buildability issues.
  • Maintaining accurate site records, permits, inspections, and daily reports.
