Concrete Frame Specialist Required

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Concrete Frame Specialist to join our team on an exciting project outside Cork city. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects with reinforced concrete frame structures.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in overseeing daily site activities, supervising direct labour and trades, and ensuring the timely and quality delivery of works.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams and subcontractors. A strong focus on health and safety protocols, productivity monitoring, and regular reporting to the Project Manager are essential aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily site activities, with particular attention to RC frame works including foundations, vertical/horizontal elements, slabs, and cores.
  • Supervise direct labour, trades, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of the works.
  • Enforce all Health & Safety protocols in line with statutory and company policies.
  • Monitor productivity and work sequencing, reporting regularly to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman on RC frame projects, ideally up to 5+ storeys.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams and subcontractors.
  • Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and to high quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
