Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage labour, subcontractors, and trades to ensure adequate resources to complete projects according to schedule.
  • Promote a safe working environment and communicate compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate safety meetings and participate in investigations as necessary.
  • Maintain plant and equipment checks on site as required.
  • Communicate job details to crews involved and assign tasks resolving issues between crew members.
  • Maintain work standards and outline behavioural expectations to ensure crew morale and productivity.

The Ideal Candidate:

Must possess valid certification and have experience in civils & Utilities including Power, Water & Sewage.

Ability to interpret drawings, excellent organisational skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel.
