Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas
  • Support housekeeping, restaurant and banqueting staff with setup and furniture relocation
  • Handle reception duties such as booking theatre tickets or making restaurant reservations
  • Respond to customer requests where necessary
  • Perform errands
  • Ensure customer safety by placing and removing signage indicating wet floors or paints
