Job Description

Our client, an established hospital in Dublin, is seeking a skilled Theatre Manager to join their team. This role can be filled by either a CNM3 or an ADON Grade professional.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting within Theatre. Additionally, they must have a minimum of three years of experience at the CNM level in Theatre and be registered with the NMBI, holding full work permits. It is also essential that they are currently working in a hospital in Ireland or similar, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will possess up-to-date knowledge in clinical practice, have completed a Theatre course, and have management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are also required, along with good IT skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
