Job Title:

A Product Content Strategist role requires an individual with expertise in French content creation, e-commerce optimization, and data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will possess native-level proficiency in French, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to develop compelling product descriptions that align with brand guidelines and customer expectations.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve online product visibility and customer experience, while also analyzing sales performance, market trends, and customer behaviour to drive data-backed decisions on pricing, promotions, and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed product briefs to support new product creation and category expansion.
  • Write accurate and engaging product descriptions that meet brand and customer requirements.
  • Manage product setup, ensure accuracy in pricing, variations, and product redirects, and optimize product pages for maximum conversion.
  • Collaborate with UX and digital teams to enhance product discoverability and presentation.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues related to product setup, incorrect pricing, or category updates.

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in French with strong writing, editing, and localization skills.
  • 2+ years' experience in content creation and execution within e-commerce environments.
